Chef Gutierrez will be assisted by his wife, Colleen, who also has vast experience in the culinary arts world having served as a former director of the Viking Cooking School. This special fundraiser for the culinary arts school will begin with hors d’oeuvres and will be followed by a three course dinner complete with wine. All proceeds will go towards expenses and scholarships for culinary arts students.
