Dear MUW Alumnae and Alumni,
As the Alumnae Association moves into a new year, I want to encourage each of you to join the Association in supporting the W. I once believed that I was too young, too busy, or too far away to make a real contribution. I now know that each alum has some unique gift of time, talent, or service to give and that all gifts are useful in helping to fulfill the mission of the W.
In May of 1997, I marched in the Magnolia Chain and took my place in the Long Blue Line. Through my involvement with this organization over the past two years, however, I've had the joy of learning the true meaning of the Long Blue Line. While this organization is completely dedicated to its mission of supporting Mississippi University for Women, a byproduct of that dedication is an incredible network of graduates and former students willing to serve - not just the W - but each other.
The Association has a great year planned, and we'd love to have you join us!
